For years, I have been exploring and seeking inspiration or advice for living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. I finally decided to own the role and write what I have learned and experienced. I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about our world. I founded Yoga4Joy with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, and to share some tools for transformation tailored for our busy lives.

The first program, 21 minutes in 21 days, is a great start if you are new to mindfulness, yoga or any kind of wellbeing practice. It is short, doable and efficient, so it fits even the busiest lifestyles.
